A student presenting a working prototype in Tokyo
What we do

A flywheel, not a one-off contest

Roadmap

01
Gather

A membership ladder for talent and intergenerational mentors.

02
Listen

Reverse pitching: firms and care homes name the pain first.

03
Polish

Makers and 3D printing; prototypes enter care homes and come back changed.

04
Honour failure

Failure is Good salons, so trying and falling is speakable.

05
Share

IP matching and profit share, so alumni and mentors return.

Youth presenting at a contest

For youth

A year of lectures, workshops, a hackathon and High Table. We want empathy in 60%+ of students, and about 10% to take social enterprise as a calling.

Older participants

For older adults

About 150 people in deep co-creation each year — not only gadgets, but company and satisfaction.

Industry guests with a prototype

For organisations

Filtered teams, real older users, care-home testbeds, and a youth gerontech IP bank.
